Pandora's Parties Terms and Conditions.
PARTY LIABILITY WAIVER

The Client understands that participation in our parties at  PANDORA’S PARTIES LTD  could result in possible personal injury, despite precautions being taken by the studio, accidents and injuries may occur.

By making a deposit payment and therefore a booking with PANDORA'S PARTIES LTD it is deemed that you have read, agreed and accepted PANDORA'S PARTIES LTD Terms and Conditions, the client assumes all risks related to the use of all spaces used by  PANDORA’S PARTIES LTD.

The Client agrees to release  PANDORA’S PARTIES LTD  from responsibility, including all teachers, dancers, staff members, and facilities used by  PANDORA’S PARTIES LTD  from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future.

The Client will not hold  PANDORA’S PARTIES LTD  liable for any personal injury including scrapes, bruises, cuts, sprains, fractures, broken bones, concussions or death or any personal property damage/loss, which may occur on the premises before, during or after classes. The Studio will ensure that a First Aid Kit is available in case of minor injuries.
Intake of alcohol, or any type of drug before a party could result in refusal of PANDORA’S PARTIES LTD services to the client.

When a client fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions, PANDORA’S PARTIES LTD is allowed to refuse services to the client and no refund will be made.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
​
A 50% non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking your party. Should you wish to cancel, the full deposit will be lost. The balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to your party. If you wish to change the date or time of your party, this can be done free of charge up to 7 days prior to your party, pending the date and time you wish to book is available. If one or more group members cancel after the non refundable deposit is paid, their deposit will be lost.
